The eighth edition of the ICC Men’s T-20 Cricket World Cup will take place in 2022. The tournament was initially scheduled to take place in 2020. The T20 World Cup was originally planned to take place in India in 2021 but was then shifted to the United Arab Emirates and Oman. The ICC also stated in August 2020 that Australia would host the rescheduled competition in 2022. The ICC confirmed the tournament’s schedules on January 21, 2022.
